Leadership Clinton- Linking Community with Leaders Since 1986
Leadership Clinton is a unique leadership opportunity designed to enhance the development of future leaders for Clinton County. Leadership Clinton participants explore critical issues with knowledgeable speakers, effective facilitators, and participate in a variety of experiential activities.

Program Goals
• Develop a body of informed, civic-oriented leaders interested in helping create a positive future for Clinton County
• Establish networks for emerging and existing leaders to discuss community issue, opportunities and solutions
• Develop potential for civic responsibility and leadership through community education and active participation in team projects
• Expanded networks of local, regional and global business and community leaders
• Increased exposure to current issues and community topics
• Enhanced leadership and team skills
Time Commitment
• Overnight Leadership Challenge weekend retreat in September
• Full day class meetings, October through May
• Participation in a community team project
• Report to the Community with Graduation in June
Class members must reside or work in Clinton County and demonstrate:
• High standards of personal quality and integrity
• Sincere interest in active involvement in community activities and issues
• Employment career or position that reflects achievement relative to age and experience
