Meet The Board

Cheri is a 1994 Graduate of Leadership Clinton, 2nd time Leadership Clinton Board member and has served as Alumni Chairman. She graduated form Wilmington High School and retired from Irwin Industiral Tool with 20 years as Customer Service Representative. Cheri is a member of First Christian Church Disciples. She is a Murphy Theatre Volunteer and Junior Achievement Volunteer.


Patricia Ann Settlemyre is the President, Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Community Care Hospice, Inc. She has held this position for 5 years. She previously held the position of Vice President and Clinical Director. She is one of the Founders of Community Care Hospice and along with several people, were able to bring enough community support to start a standalone not for profit hospice to care for local people at the end of life in the our community and now they service 10 counties in the area and have served 2,262.


Patricia had previously worked as the Clinical Manager for the Clinton County Satellite office of Hospice of Dayton for 8 years. Prior to that she had worked in Home Health and Hospital Nursing.


Patricia graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing. She is a member of the Ohio Hospice Veterans Partnership, Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing Association, Ohio Council of Home Health and Hospice Organization. She serves on the Leadership Clinton Board or Directors, Highland County Senior Citizens Board of Directors and Hillsboro Rotary.She supports the Ride of Pride Horse Sanctuary and advocates against animal abuse and neglect.
